Technology exacerbates, complicates, accelerates and infiltrates our lives in ways that are reshaping the way we live and work. We all love to be connected, but we are overloaded – says science network & social health expert Julia Hobsbawm. How can we cope? Through telling case studies and personal experience, Julia Hobsbawm helps us navigate the rough seas of overload more successfully, maintain a healthy work-life balance, and rebalance our social health and wellbeing. Come and hear how.
