Like a plant that grows at the point where two streams meet, YIASEMI is born from the union of Julien Marga and Jordi Cassagne. The music of this duo invites the listener to contemplate their own inner universe. Sometimes soothing, sometimes tempestuous, it revives childhood memories by summoning frescoes of a forgotten time, which seem to stretch indefinitely. 

They are influenced by Jakob Bro and Charlie Haden, and borrow from both folk and chamber jazz. Their debut album, WHEN DAYS ARE YOUNG, will be released in autumn 2023.
