Solo Harp Concert: Emma Wauters

Full Circle has teamed up once again with Brussels Muzieque platform to bring live music to Brussels after a long period of confinement.

This will be our first full-length live concert since the lockdown with the prominent Belgian harpist and harp teacher Emma Wauters. She'll be playing a full programme and explaining some of the secrets of her tradecraft.

Emma will be performing a programme of romantic harp music composed by high profile harpists from the 19th and 20th centuries; Hasselmans, Godefroid, Grandjany. They wrote technically challenging works that cover all aspects and colours of the harp. Emma will alternate this romantic music with the quiet music of Satie and Scriabin.
