Sexism at Work:

A Conversation with Isabella Lenarduzzi

For journalists, editors & creators

Social | Tues 27th Oct | 6-9pm

Co-hosted by Brussels Media Women

Introductory Talk by
Isabella Lenarduzzi (JUMP)

---

Join Brussels Media Women at Full Circle for a conversation with Isabella Lenarduzzi, founder of the Women At Work coalition in Belgium, and a social entrepreneur specialising in workplace gender equality, diversity and inclusion.

Also the founder of JUMP, an organisation working with companies and institutions to achieve workplace gender equality and fair representation of diversity, Isabella will draw on their survey of 5,214 respondents, including nearly 1,000 men. The survey found that 87% of women in Belgium have experienced sexism at work and that more than 75% do not report it. The findings provided data for a report by the Brussels Council for Equality between Women and Men, presented in September.

We’ll explore the personal testimonies behind the figures, the often-overlooked health implications of workplace sexism, and what companies and lawmakers can do to address it.
