"The Future Is Ours" is an exhibition about what we'd like the future to be.

Through the act of imagining, thinking about, sharing and discussing, we create the options. 

As an artist, you have the power to contribute to these visions of the future - that the rest of us can contemplate and work towards.

This call is open to all emerging artists, who have not yet had the opportunity to show their work widely,

EXHIBITION

The selected artworks will be exhibited at the great spaces of Full Circle, during the 2024 Ideas Festival  - the theme of which is "Futures", until early January.  The artworks will be available for public viewing throughout the festival weekend, and on selected dates until the end of the show.

The exhibition will run from 27 November 2024 to 15th December at Full Circle in Ixelles. 

The multi-disciplinary location offers many possibilities for installation, space, audience and events around the exhibition. 

HOW TO APPLY?

Artists are requested to send a digital version of their artwork and complete and online entry form.

Theme:	The  Future is Ours
What is it?	An engaged exhibition based on what the future should be like, in the eyes of the artist. We are calling for applications to put on a group exhibition in a great space where you can exhibit your project, such as video, painting, sound, photography, sculpture and so on.
Deadline:	Send application with a small description of yourself and your practice, a description of the work you want submit and some visuals  before the 15th November April on : thefutureisours@fullcircle.eu
Who can enter?	For those who haven't got the chance yet to show their work to a wide audience and want to take part in a collective exhibition for emerging artists.
Practical:	No age limit No restrictions in the type/medium/size of the work (except being transportable by your own means) AI works of art are allowed, as long as identified as such Possibility of sales You are available to bring your work between 19th November and 21st November 2024, to Full Circle in Brussels. Images of artworks can be used to advertise the exhibition
Results:	Selected artists are invited to: A vernissage for all the submitting and exhibiting artists and their guests, A public viewing at the Festival, your work published  on the  Full Circle website and  showcased amongst the digital community of followers.
